If you never try it before you have to cook this Cajun crawfish casserole recipe at least once. Then it should become one of your favorite recipe.
Ingredients:
1 pound crawfish tail
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can French onion soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and chilies
1 1/2 cups rice uncooked
1/3 cup butter melted
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Grease a casserole dish. In a large bowl, mix the green onion, bell pepper, parsley, chopped celery, butter, rice, diced tomatoes and chilies, onion soup, cream of mushroom soup together.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the crawfish tails and pour into the greased casserole.
Cover and place in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Then uncover and sprinkle the cheeses over the casserole.
Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes more.
