Instead of buying potato chips from the supermarket you'd better try this recipe. Once again it's much more healthy and for sure everyone will enjoy it.
Ingredients:
2 zucchin, sliced into 1/4-inch
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475 F.
In one small bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and blackpeppe.
In another bowl mix the egg whites lightly.
Dip the zucchini slices into the egg whites first, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a greased baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Then turn over and bake for another 8 minutes, until browned and crispy.
Serve and enjoy.
