Creamy Garlic Shrimp

I love shrimps if they are just fresh. But if you would like to prepare something a bit more sophisticated for your guests or even yourself the creamy garlic sauce is probably the best for the shrimps.

Ingredients:

2 pounds shrimps peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1/4 cup white wine
300 ml cream
2 tablespoons finely sliced green onion

Instructions

In a wok, heat the olive oil over a medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Add the shrimp, and toss to coat, Cook for about 3 minutes, until just pink and firmed up.
Pour in the wine, and cook for 2 minutes until it reduces a little. Then add the cream and the stock powder and bring to a boil..
Reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. .
Stir in the sliced green onion and serve over cooked rice.
